Land Acquisition & Development
We source lots and infill sites across Central Texas, carry them through feasibility, entitlement, and permitting, and develop the foundations our homes are set on.
Catalyst ATX is a residential development and construction company. We manufacture modular homes in our factory, transport them across Central Texas, and set them by crane on foundations we develop ourselves, alongside infill communities and ground up residential construction.
From land acquisition through permitting and final closeout, every phase is handled by our own team. One company, one schedule, one standard.
We source lots and infill sites across Central Texas, carry them through feasibility, entitlement, and permitting, and develop the foundations our homes are set on.
Our homes are built in a factory under controlled conditions, which means tighter quality, less waste, and a build schedule that runs in parallel with site work.
Route surveys, oversize permits, staging plans, and engineered lifts. Our crews move modules across Central Texas and set them by crane, typically weather-tight in a single day.
Clearing, grading, utilities, and engineered foundations, then seam work, MEP connections, decks, and stairs after the set. We carry every home through final inspection.
Beyond single lots, we develop and build infill communities, sequencing multiple homes through the factory and the field on one coordinated schedule.
Not every project ships on a trailer. We also build conventional ground up residential projects with the same schedule discipline as our modular work.
Modular construction succeeds or fails in the handoffs between the factory and the field. Because we own both sides, there are none.
We source the site, verify access and utilities, and carry it through entitlement and permitting with clear numbers behind every decision.
Pad, utilities, and foundation built to spec while the home is on our factory line, so the two schedules run in parallel.
The home comes off the line and moves on permitted routes with escorts and a staging plan measured to the foot, arriving in set order.
An engineered lift plan and certified crew set the modules precisely. Most homes are weather-tight by the end of the day.
Seams finished, systems connected, inspections passed. Every home is carried through final closeout and delivered ready to live in.
Most builds pass through a chain of separate companies. Ours pass through one. That changes the speed, the quality, and the experience.
We run a lean team with a flat structure, and we promote from within.
The Construction Manager leads all field operations from site development through project completion. You'll manage multiple active residential projects at once, with authority over subcontractors, scheduling, and trade sequencing, including the crane operations, transport logistics, and module set days that come with modular construction. We're looking for someone with field experience: a leader who has physically built, understands how projects come together, and earns the respect of subcontractors because of it.
Construction isn't a 40 hour a week industry, and some seasons require long hours and flexibility. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of outcomes, manages budgets carefully, and wants to grow with the company long term. This role reports directly to ownership, not through layers of management.
This position is designed for a recent graduate who wants broad exposure early in their career. Rather than specializing in a single function, you'll support projects across estimating, procurement, permitting, compliance, and closeout, with direct involvement in the logistics that make modular construction unique, including transportation, crane operations, and module installation. You'll work directly with company leadership from day one.
Construction moves quickly and some weeks run long. We're looking for someone who wants to learn the full scope of development and construction, takes ownership of their work, and is looking for a long term fit, not just a first job.
